Shànt Wellness is a holistic wellness studio located in the Apopka, Altamonte Springs, Longwood and Maitland Area. Through the use of gentle wellness programs and organic body treatments, we aim to help your body reach optimum health.
Our wellness studio is designed to reflect our vision of a relaxed and contemporary atmosphere. Our aim is for you to feel welcome and comfortable during your appointment.
We are open 6 days per week for your personal convenience. Our team will provide you with exceptional wellness care.
Our treatment rooms are equipped with custom relaxing sounds to help you relax before your treatment. We offer complimentary water and a small assortment of healthy snacks.
Our services include Chiropractic Care, Therapeutic Massage, Yoga, Acupuncture, and other natural health therapies. All been found to be very beneficial in treating a wide range of health problems and are available separately or in combination to promote a well rounded balanced approach to your health.
We treat all kinds of people in our studio; men, women, athletes, pregnant women, children, infants with colic and health conscious individuals like you who want to remain proactive about their feeling good and staying physically fit.

If you do not have health insurance, we offer cash plan packages at affordable prices. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want.
