Amanda McCune, RYT

In 2005 Amanda, hesitantly, attended her very first Yoga class.  She went to make her best friend happy that day, and to this day she practices to her own delight.  Having been caught up in the corporate world for several years, she developed many bad habits that led to a 45-pound weight gain, constant illness, and emotional tribulations.  Yoga has been a huge stepping-stone on the path to her own health and well-being.  She has learned to balance her work life, social life and health.  She is very passionate about teaching and loves every opportunity she has to share her knowledge and experience with others.
