Shànt Fit Club
Enroll in our high energy class and get your heart pumping and spirits soaring as you get the results you want, fast. Our Fit Club class will challenge and help you to transform into the best version of yourself.
Energy Flow
This class is designed to especially integrate yoga postures that will lift your spirits, energize your body and stimulate your mind. This class will help you float into the rest of the day, feeling alive and energized. All levels welcome.
Vinyasa Flow
Uses the principles of Vinyasa to create an elegant fusion of movement and stillness centered on the breath. This is a series of flowing postures linked by the breath to detoxify, stretch, build heat, improve cardiovascular health, strengthen the body and build life force energy.
Shànt Yoga
A foundation practice linking body, breath, and mind with greater focus on alignment and detailed instruction of postures. Builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and concentration. All levels welcome.
