Colleen Gallman - Yoga Instructor

Colleen is a native Floridian, has a back ground in martial arts and hold a First Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. Colleen found her love of yoga through martial arts and in practicing yoga it helped her to become a more competitive martial artist. Colleen is a Certified Yoga Instructor and has a RYT 200 Yoga Alliance Certification. She can customize each class to fit the needs, interests, and capabilities of the students. Colleen continues to study yoga with her Master Teacher Shata Ben-Avari.
