WELLNESS WORKSHOPS

Dedicated to the health of our community, Shant Wellness offers Wellness Workshops and PowerHour Lunches to surrounding businesses, community organizations, golf clubs, and schools. Specific workshops can be designed to fit the needs of your employees, members or students. Some of the Wellness topics include: Stress Management, Corporate Desk Stretches, Ergonomic Reform, 5 Steps to Healthy Eating, Women's Health, Men's Health, Baby Massage and many more.

We also offer Wellness Workshops in our office every 2nd Tuesday of every month from 7:00p.m.-8:00p.m. These workshops are complimentary ($35 value) and open to the public.
